Happy Birthday

A monochromatic red card this time!

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
The Outlawz Friday Challenge - Birthday Cake
Stella Says Sketch - Sketch
Catch The Bug - BINGO (monochromatic + Washi + twine)

I have used a polka dot paper from Rosie's Studio.  The image and sentiment are from Bugaboo Stamps and coloured with copic markers.  I matted with some glitter cardstock from American Crafts.  I added some red and white twine as well as some pennants cut from cardstock and glitter cardstock.  I covered the two pennants cut from the cardstock with some washi tape.

Surround Yourself with Art

We are now midway through the surround yourself with art challenge at Path of Positivity Challenge.  As a reminder, we are sponsored this challenge by Luna Girl and Bugaboo Stamps.

For my midway, I have used an image from Bugaboo Stamps called Beautiful Blocks - Life.

I sprayed three canvases some time back with the same colour Dylusions Ink.  I managed to complete 2 of them and couldn't decided what to do with the third one.  I'm happy to add this one to the other two as it looks much better up on the wall as a set of three.

I also used some mesh ribbon, some glittery domes, a butterfly embellishment which I popped up.  Colouring is with copic markers.

Unconventional Christmas

Time for a new challenge at Incy Wincy Designs.  The theme this time is Unconventional Christmas and our sponsors are Dr Digi's House of Stamps and Star Stampz.

I have used an image from Dr Digi's House of Stamps called Skydive Santa.

I used non-traditional colours of brown and cream.  Even the red that I used on Santa's outfit is a more orange red!  The paper, sentiment and santa toppers are from a christmas paper pad by Kaisercraft.

Ho Ho - Merry Christmas

Somehow, I managed to miss posting some midway DT projects.  So, I'm now here to play catch-up!  So, firstly we are midway through the monthly challenge at CHNC Extra and sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps.

For my midway, I used an image from Bugaboo Stamps called Ava and Deacon Ho Ho.  The sentiment is also from Bugaboo Stamps.

I also used a paper from a christmas paper pad by Bo Bunny along with a paper from Sugar and Spice Studio.  Colouring is with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  I die-cut some pennants using some scrap pieces of cardstock and a die from Spellbinders.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
Stella Says Sketch - Sketch
ABC Christmas - S is for Sketch or T is for Trio (pennants)
Little Miss Muffet - Anything Goes

For reference, here is the sketch that I followed:

Tuesday, 19 September 2017

I have kept this one relatively simple as I liked the look.

I would like to enter my card into these challenges:
Crafty Gals Corner - Add A Heart
The Paper Shelter - Embossing

I have used a pre-made card blank.  The image is from The Paper Shelter and coloured with copic markers.  I embossed some white cardstock using an embossing folder and set the image on top.  I added a chipboard hear and matted the embossing.

Gift box card

I'm a bit late in posting for the midway for the challenge at 12 Months of Christmas Link Up due to being unwell the past few days.  But I'm here now with a reminder that this month we are being sponsored by Sparkle n Sprinkle.

For my midway card, I have used an image from Sparkle n Sprinkle called Holiday Cheer Set and papers from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles.

The inside of the card has a box for adding treats to:

I also used some acetate which I embossed for the window of the box.  The word "Christmas" is a sticker.  I added a pink bow and some silver snowflake ribbon.

I followed a tutorial from Beccy's Place for the basic card shape.
